OUR TEAM

As a family-owned and operated business, family has always been at the heart of who we are and that extends far beyond our name. The people who work alongside us, the growers who trust us with their crops, and the relationships we have built throughout the agricultural community have all played an important part in shaping our company into what it is today. Many of the people on our team have been with us through years of growth, hard work, long days, and changing seasons, and we are proud to consider them part of our family. Agriculture is built on people, relationships, and trust, and we know our success would not be possible without the dedicated growers and hardworking individuals who have helped us build this business from the ground up.

OUR HISTORY

Our story began in 1990, when Larry Barker started the company with a small chain field grader, a concrete slab, and a few shades. What the operation lacked in size, it made up for in hard work, determination, and a commitment to agriculture. From those humble beginnings, Larry built the foundation of the company by developing strong relationships with growers and earning a reputation for dependability and quality.

As Larry's son, Brandon Barker, grew older, he began working alongside his father and learning the business firsthand. Through years of experience in the fields and packing operation, Brandon developed the same dedication to the industry and the people behind it. In 2014, Brandon took over the company and began building upon the foundation his father had established.

Since then, the company has grown from a simple field-packing operation into a state-of-the-art facility spanning more than 100,000 square feet, equipped with multiple automated palletizers and two roll-sizing graders. This growth has allowed us to increase our capabilities while continuing to focus on the quality, service, and relationships that have defined our company from the beginning.

Over the years, we have been fortunate to build lasting relationships with growers and develop partnerships throughout the agricultural industry. Those relationships have been essential to our growth and continue to shape where we are headed.

More than three decades later, we remain a family-owned and operated company—proud of where we started, grateful for the people and growers who helped us get here, and committed to carrying that legacy into the next generation.
